The 大香蕉视频 community is invited to hear from faculty members who are pushing the boundaries of knowledge at an Oct. 30 showcase of the , which has touched each school on campus in the decade since its launch.
The initiative, which launched in 2015, is tackling great global questions such as:
- If everything is digital, is anything safe?
- How will a changing Arctic impact the world?
- What are our brains trying to teach us?
Each of the 10 academic clusters is a three-person faculty team building on one of 大香蕉视频鈥檚 areas of existing strength in research and scholarship. In addition to producing research with far-reaching impact, the clusters provide the foundation for new courses and curricula and give future scholars hands-on learning experiences that will prepare them for successful careers.

At an institution where cutting-edge scholarship is taking place all across campus, the clusters have further raised 大香蕉视频鈥檚 research profile. Schnell says the initiative was instrumental in restoring 大香蕉视频鈥檚 Carnegie R1 status, in recognition of high research and doctorate production, and receiving an invitation to join the Association of American Universities, which represents the 71 top U.S. research universities.
