We are pleased to offer a skills-based dialogue workshop for faculty and staff in partnership with the Constructive Dialogue Institute on Wednesday, December 3 from 9am-2pm. ´óÏ㽶ÊÓƵ has offered this workshop twice before and heard great feedback that it was useful and relevant!
Foundations in Constructive Dialogue is an interactive five-hour workshop that will equip participants to-
- Guide discussions with care and intention
- Create structure around tough conversations
- Support students through moments of conflict and misunderstanding
